Andy, I'm proficient and hunting is my domain - don't shoot blanks. Create a ticket, ask the admins to do whatever they want and maybe that way, along with a forum post will convince you I'm clean. It's no longer fun to be called a bot. I take it as an insult to my proficiency. Salute.
